How To Use The Meal Plans
Welcome to the Weekly Weight Loss Meal Plans Tutorial Page!
Our meal plans are flexible and you can tailor them to your liking. They can be used with any of the recipes on our site (currently over 300 with more being added every week). Below are some tutorials on how to use the meal plans.
A quick note on swapping recipes:
This is totally optional, but if you decide to swap recipes, make sure that you don’t go above 1200 kcal (female) and 1500 kcal (male) per day if weight loss is a priority.
If you want to customize the plan according to your individual calculation, make sure you don’t exceed that caloric number. A few calories either side is nothing to worry about.
