I’m a fan of every single one of the recipes on here. Please make sure to try out the Lentils with Veggies in Tahini Sauce. Might sound a bit too healthy to be tasty, but it works really nicely.

Top tips
- Healthy Oatmeal Banana Pancakes: You can either prep 2 servings in one go. In that case I would make two big pancakes to save time. Alternatively just make one serving each day.
- Tropic Thunder Overnight Oats: Prep them the night before. If it’s already cold where you are, you can also make them porridge style – just add all ingredients into a pot and cook gently.

If you have lots of leftover ingredients in the fridge we highly recommend turning them in to Buddha Bowls or Burrito Bowls! There’s so much choice, and you can throw together virtually everything you have leftover with a tasty sauce!
