Hi everybody, Hauke here with this meal plan!
I wanted to put these Feta Spinach Pancakes onto a meal plan for some time now, but it never quite fit. Now, finally I got it sorted.
I also proudly present you the Masabacha and Rush Rush Couscous, two of my staples at home!

Top tips
- Mango Bulgur: you can use whichever fruit you like. Even canned mango will do, if fresh is not available.
- Spinach Feta Pancakes: to speed up pancake baking process you 2 pans. Use frozen spinach to make things easier.
- Huevos Rancheros: get an avocado that ripens over day 1/2 until you have this brekkie.
- Roasted Cabbage Steaks: if you don’t have to watch your calories, don’t be stingy on the oil. The more oil you coat them with, the better they cook.

If you have lots of leftover ingredients in the fridge we highly recommend turning them in to Buddha Bowls or Burrito Bowls! There’s so much choice, and you can throw together virtually everything you have leftover with a tasty sauce!
