Pick Me Up Pumpkin

Watch the video from Dave of this meal plan. Tips on making the most of the meal plan are included too!

Hi there, Hauke here with another meal plan!

If you wondered ‘where is that pumpkin recipe?!?’ well, here it finally is. Simple, fresh but comforting pumpkin soup! Load it up with as many toppings as you like. I do enjoy good bread, feta cheese and roasted sunflower seeds on top.

Looking forward to hearing how you like this meal plan! Alright I’m off to making the noodle salad again (yum!)

Top tips

  • The Chia Seed Pudding can be made the night before to save some time.
  • The Pumpkin Carrot Soup is 3 servings, which works better with the ingredients. The 3rd serving can be frozen, no problem!
  • The Noodle Salad doesn’t need to go into a jar of course. Any container is fine 🙂
  • The snacks – feel free to change milks etc. to whatever you prefer. This could be dairy, soy or nut. All have health benefits, and it’s really a personal choice if you want to consume more or less dairy, for example. You can also change the bagel toppings of course.

Please write to us with any feedback in our Facebook group or via email. We want to make these plans as good as they possibly can be!

If you have lots of leftover ingredients in the fridge we highly recommend turning them in to Buddha Bowls or Burrito Bowls! There’s so much choice, and you can throw together virtually everything you have leftover with a tasty sauce!
