We Got The Moves
Hey, Hauke here for this high protein meal plan!
I got some recipe testing help from Dave for this one. He just said ‘the egg muffins were frikkin awesome, had almost forgotten how good they are’, which makes me glad I finally included them into one of our meal plans!
I made sure we have a good mix of filling but fresh recipes ideal for warmer weather.
On another note, do you know Atomic Habits by James Clear? It’s an inspiring read! You’ll find some great nuggets in there especially if you want to make diet or exercise changes (less snacking, regular workouts, etc.)
Enjoy the meal plan!

Top tips
- Ideally make the Asian Style Egg Muffins the night before, if you don’t have much time in the mornings.
- Same goes with the Grapes ‘N Roses Overnight Oats. Ideally prep both servings the night before.
- The Bibimbap is a leftover friendly dish. Feel free to use up whatever veggies you have!

If you have lots of leftover ingredients in the fridge we highly recommend turning them in to Buddha Bowls or Burrito Bowls! There’s so much choice, and you can throw together virtually everything you have leftover with a tasty sauce!
