Day 43: Healthy Dessert Ideas

dessert-prep

Hi everybody,

it’s about time we show you some of our favourite dessert ideas! All of them are super easy to make and a joy to eat. Check them out below.

Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding:  chia seeds, cacao powder (or cardamom powder), maple syrup, soy milk and mashed banana. Mix everything and let it cool in the fridge for a day. Done. In this recipe they’re called “Chia Breakfast Pudding”, but they work perfectly as a dinner dessert as well.

Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Avocado Chocolate Mousse: dates, maple syrup, water, avocado, cacao. Blend everything. Done. And it tastes surprisingly good! The full recipe is over here.

Baked Pears

Baked Pears: scoop out the middle, add walnuts cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. 30 mins in the oven. Done (full recipe over here)

Baked Apples

Baked Apples: scoop out the middle, lemon juice, butter, cinnamon, nuts and raisins. A tsp of honey. 30 mins oven time (full recipe over here).

Banana Boats

Banana Boats (love them!!):
1. Peanut butter and coconut flakes (right banana)
2. Dark chocolate and grated almond (left banana)

Pop them for 10 minutes in the oven on 375°F (180°C) or till the peel is black. Done. Delicious! (No recipe on the blog, but absolutely not necessary.)

If I had to pick one dessert, I’d probably go for the Chia Pudding. They’re just lots of fun to eat! But all the other dishes are soo good to. Difficult to decide 😉
