James joined when hurrythefoodup.com began to specialise in helping vegetarians become more healthy (more here about our nutrition philosophy). He is a Nutritionist and works as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in General Practice, or Family Medicine. He has a similar role to a Family Physician, and stays on top of the latest research.

He loves busting myths in the name of science and ensures that hurrythefoodup.com stays evidence-based by keeping the website aligned with the latest health and nutrition guidance. He is co-creator of The Vegetarian Protein Fix (with Hauke and Dave) loves jumping in personally to help members with weight loss questions.
