Ingredients
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 1 fig
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup low fat natural yogurt
Instructions
- Slice the figs.
- Put them into the pan on a medium heat. Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Fry the figs on both sides for a few minutes to the crunchy caramelized.
- Pour yogurt into the jar, add figs, olive oil and salt. Enjoy!
