Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix

Instructions

  • Cook the bulgur according to package instructions. Add a pinch of salt and ras el hanout.
    ¾ cup bulgur, 1 pinch salt, 2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix
  • Drain and rinse the beans.
    1.5 cup kidney beans, cooked
  • Wash the lamb’s lettuce.
    2 handful baby leaf salad
  • Peel and cut the orange.
    2 oranges
  • Off it goes into a bowl.
  • Add the bulgur too.
  • Mix the mustard, agave syrup (or honey), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, water, thyme and salt in a small bowl. Then stir into the salad.
    2 tsp agave syrup, 1 tbsp mustard, 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 4 tbsp water, 1 tsp thyme, dried, 1 pinch salt
  • Add some sliced almonds for garnish. All done.
