Ingredients
- ½ cup bulgur
- 1 can kidney beans (15oz /435g)
- 1 handful baby leaf salad
- 1 orange
- 1 tsp agave syrup (or honey)
- 2 tsp mustard
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp thyme, dried (dried)
- Salt to taste
Optional
- 1-2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix
Instructions
- Cook the bulgur according to package instructions. Add a pinch of salt and ras el hanout.½ cup bulgur, Salt to taste, 1-2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix
- Drain and rinse the beans.1 can kidney beans
- Wash the lamb’s lettuce.1 handful baby leaf salad
- Peel and cut the orange.1 orange
- Off it goes into a bowl.
- Add the bulgur too.
- Mix the mustard, agave syrup (or honey), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, water, thyme and salt in a small bowl. Then stir into the salad.1 tsp agave syrup, 2 tsp mustard, 3 tsp olive oil, 3 tsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp water, ½ tsp thyme, dried, Salt to taste
