  • 1-2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix

Instructions

  • Cook the bulgur according to package instructions. Add a pinch of salt and ras el hanout.
    ½ cup bulgur, Salt to taste, 1-2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix

  • Drain and rinse the beans.
    1 can kidney beans
  • Wash the lamb’s lettuce.
    1 handful baby leaf salad
  • Peel and cut the orange.
    1 orange
  • Off it goes into a bowl.

  • Add the bulgur too.
  • Mix the mustard, agave syrup (or honey), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, water, thyme and salt in a small bowl. Then stir into the salad.
    1 tsp agave syrup, 2 tsp mustard, 3 tsp olive oil, 3 tsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp water, ½ tsp thyme, dried, Salt to taste

    Delicious salad! i made it with cous-cous and it worked well. I also added some spices i had in my kitchen, instead of ras el hanout.
