Peachy Blinders Overnight Oats

Peachy Blinders Overnight Oats | hurrythefoodup.com

It must’ve been the TV show Peaky Blinders that made me come up with this name for our overnight oats. If you asked me if I would recommend the series (on Netflix, currently), then I’d say yes.

But it’s a close call. It has it’s weaknesses and you need to like the setting and gangster genre. Tommy Shelby is definitely a great anti-hero!

Mini TV reviews aside and either way, I can definitely recommend this overnight oats recipe.

What a great combo of peaches, almonds, lemon juice and maple syrup! All goes really well together, refreshing and filling at the same time. Tip: once peaches are out of season substitute them for pears.

If you need more overnight oat ideas for a tasty breakfast, don’t miss our other favourites – right this way.

Kat’s delicious vegan version is here, too.
