Avocado Toast with Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 slice bread (ideally whole grain)
- ½ medium avocado
- 1 tsp lemon
- 2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese (or use regular*)
- 1 green onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash your avocado, add salt and lemon.
- Add a layer of cottage cheese on the toast.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and fresh pepper.
