I’m looking to lose weight, but also am wanting to find smoothie recipes that are low in carbs. Is that possible? Do you have any low carb smoothie recipes that are also good for helping to lose weight?
Hi Nicci, for weight loss to work effectively it’s really all about the calories in vs calories out. So any of these smoothies with a balanced diet will be great for weight loss, as long as the rest of the food eaten over the day fits into a calorie plan (you can get one here https://hurrythefoodup.com/vegetarian-diet-weight-loss/).
If you specifically need low carb smoothies, some of these are fine, just click each one to have a look. Fruit always contains carbs, though the lowest tend to be melons, berries and avocado. I hope that helps your search 🙂
