Ingredients

  • 1 slice wholegrain bread (ideally whole grain)
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon (juice)
  • 2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese (or use regular*)
  • 1 spring onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mash your avocado, add salt and lemon.
    ½ medium avocado, Salt to taste, 1 tsp lemon
  • Add a layer of cottage cheese on the toast.
    2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese, 1 slice wholegrain bread
  • Garnish with chopped green onion and fresh pepper.
    1 spring onions, Black pepper to taste
